The Experienced QA Engineer is responsible for leading manual feature testing, from planning stages through the execution, reporting results and analysis, while taking into consideration a variety of components in a complex environment.
The QA Engineer is working closely with the development team, system architects, and product team.
Experience
• Experience in server-based products like Proxy, DPI, etc.
• Experienced in working at large-scale labs environments
Education
• BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent – with Networking or QA Knowledge – Advantage
Professional Knowledge
Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix OS
• Good Knowledge of Networking (L2/3/4 devices)
• Good Knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocol
Advantage
• Scripting abilities (shell, TCL, etc.)
• Experience in the Network Telecom industry
• Knowledge of testing DPDK-based technology solutions.
• Working with automation tools (Selenium, etc.)
• Experienced in various QA Methodologies (including documentation writing)
Personality Characters/Skills
• Able to see the “big picture”
• Agile and dedicated
• Able to lead tasks independently and responsibly
• Leadership experience – advantage
Languages
• Fluent in English, especially in writing
