Junior Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing – Searching for talent through social networks and continuously open new channels/sources of recruitment
  • Create recruitment processes for a variety of positions
  • Reviewing (filtering) CV’s
  • Phone/video interviews
  • Face to face interviews
  • Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
  • Work closely with technology experts, interviewers, and executives through the entire recruiting process
  • First-day Onboarding for new employees

Requirements:

  • Independence and ability to lead processes – Must!
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 1-2 years experience as a recruiter
  • Very talented candidates with no experience can also apply
  • Experience working with sourcing tools, including social media and professional networks – Must
  • Experience as a technical recruiter (Full-Stack, DevOps, Big Data, and more) – Advantage
  • Experience in recruiting for the defense industry – Advantage
  • Great interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Fluent/High-level English
  • Availability for Full-time job
