Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing – Searching for talent through social networks and continuously open new channels/sources of recruitment
- Create recruitment processes for a variety of positions
- Reviewing (filtering) CV’s
- Phone/video interviews
- Face to face interviews
- Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with technology experts, interviewers, and executives through the entire recruiting process
- First-day Onboarding for new employees
Requirements:
- Independence and ability to lead processes – Must!
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 1-2 years experience as a recruiter
- Very talented candidates with no experience can also apply
- Experience working with sourcing tools, including social media and professional networks – Must
- Experience as a technical recruiter (Full-Stack, DevOps, Big Data, and more) – Advantage
- Experience in recruiting for the defense industry – Advantage
- Great interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Fluent/High-level English
